A Greener Clean in 4 easy steps

  • Step 1: Register Your Interest

    Complete our Book a clean form or email Anderson on cleaning@ninaandfriends.onmicrosoft.com

  • Step 2: Client Confirmation

    We’ll email you an online booking form detailing a range of questions about you and your property. Behind the scenes, we’ll also be organising your wonderful ‘Friends’ that we think will be a good fit for you.

  • Step 3: The First Clean

    We’ll contact you via email or phone to arrange a time for your First Clean. In preparation for regular cleaning, the First Clean is longer, and aims to leave your house spotless.

  • Step 4: Regular Cleaning

    After your First Clean, your Friend will discuss the price of cleans, tasks to be completed, and a regular cleaning schedule. Most cleans are conducted weekly or fortnightly. Our 10-step Greener Cleaning process is carried out using low or zero chemical cleaning methods that benefit your health and the environment.

Jessica Puente 

Jessica, our recruitment guru and administrative expert, oversees all aspects of contracting, accounts and invoicing, ensuring a seamless and efficient payment process for clients. With a vast network, and over 10 years of administration experience, Jess brings invaluable expertise and efficiency to our team.

Anderson Silva

In his role as Operations Manager, Anderson plays a pivotal part in orchestrating the smooth execution of daily operations. He expertly manages scheduling, customer support, and administrative duties. As your first port of call, Anderson is available from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday should you have any queries.
