  • After your initial First Clean which is longer and more extensive, your regular maintenance cleans depend on the size of your home and selected services. However, most regular cleans are around 2-4 hours.

  • Yes. Your initial First Clean presents an invaluable opportunity to meet several of the 'Friends' we've carefully selected for you. This first encounter is designed to foster a connection and ensure a personalised cleaning experience. Should you wish to explore a different match afterward, please contact us and we will quickly coordinate an alternative cleaning professional for you.

  • Should you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly request that you inform Anderson a minimum of 8 hours in advance by calling 0419 997 110 or emailing cleaning@ninaandfriends.onmicrosoft.com. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or no-access fee being charged by your ‘Friend’.

  • Your invoices will be delivered directly to your inbox, by your cleaning ‘Friend’. We provide a variety of convenient payment options to accommodate your preferences — whether online or through in-person cash payments.

    To streamline the payment process, kindly ensure that you include the job number, located at the top left corner of your invoice, along with the name displayed on the invoice itself.

    In the event of two or more outstanding invoices, your cleaner may need to temporarily pause their services. For your convenience, we suggest establishing an automatic bank transfer to ensure seamless transactions.

  • Absolutely. Simply discuss a trial period with your ‘Friend’ to ensure that you’re 100% committed to a long-term arrangement.

  • We have ‘Friends’ working in all areas of metro and outer Adelaide, from Hallett Cove to Port Adelaide, Oakden to Aberfoyle Park and everywhere in between. However, they do not service any remote country areas.

  • From 1 July 2024, the cost of a standard clean is priced at $48.90 p/h on weekdays. For a full price list, please click here. For a quote that matches the specific requirements of your home, please complete this form.

  • Our cleaners are trained in our proprietary 10-step Greener Cleaning process, created by founder, Nina Rantanen. This one-of-a-kind, routinised technique features low or zero chemical cleaning approaches that will leave any home sparkling clean. It also includes a unique way of removing dust, debris and microplastics from the home.

    Our Greener Cleaning products are created with all-natural components such as vinegar, eucalyptus, and bicarb, guaranteeing a toxin-free environment that is safe for both children and pets. All cleaning products and equipment are supplied, ensuring your home benefits from the highest standards of purity and safety.

  • We recommend that your premises be unoccupied during our cleaning sessions (excluding pets). However, please rest assured that the presence of in-home cameras is entirely acceptable and can provide peace-of-mind for our clients. However, should you wish to be present during the clean, you are most welcome!

  • Simply email Anderson on cleaning@ninaandfriends.onmicrosoft.com to cancel or suspend your service, if required.

  • Our cleaners undergo a rigorous selection process that includes:

    • Thorough background checks, including Police Checks and reference checks, to affirm their trustworthiness and reliability.

    • In-depth face-to-face interviews to ensure the highest standards of honesty and integrity.

    • Extensive training in our innovative 10-step Greener Cleaning method and eco-friendly cleaning practices.

    • Continuous training and support throughout their tenure with us, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the cleaning industry in both skill and professionalism.
